At Triangle Fitness we strive to offer Kernersville a hometown, family-owned fitness center. My wife, Breanne and I, live in this area and work side by side with our staff everyday. We also give back to our community by shopping, eating, and supporting other local businesses. We care about each and every member and invite anyone to come in and let us help them reach their fitness goals. We are more interested in building relationships and making our members feel comfortable than increasing numbers in a computer database. We are not a " big gym chain". This is OUR town and we only have this gym to devote our attention to! We , as well as our staff, want to provide a fitness center for everyone: no gimmicks, no exceptions, just a great family oriented gym. 

Triangle fitness is dedicated to providing state of the art equipment for those who are serious about fitness. Triangle proudly offers a wide variety of hammer strength, streamline, flex, and star trac equipment. Equipment Selection: In addition to our cardio equipment, triangle fitness offers a selection of free weights, selectorized equipment (machines), and plate loaded equipment (hammer strength). Many professional athletic teams train on hammer strength plate loaded equipment because the pieces are iso-lateral.

It is love your body month!

Members: Cardio Queen started January 2nd,2012.
 Members must get a grid from the front desk and fill out each class they take and have the instructors intial them. Once they turn in 2 pages we will check  our computer to make sure they were present that day. So don't forget to use your keytag! They will then get their 1st free t-shirt. There are 100,200,300+ class t-shirts to be awarded. 
Make sure your name is taken at the frontdesk so we can keep up with your progress!
