We have FREE Members Only workshops every month, covering various subjects. They will last 30 minutes each, and are designed to help you become more knowledgeable and comfortable in the gym with the equipment. We don't want our members hitting a "plateau" or feeling like they are doing the same old boring routine all the time! You will be able to sign-up for these at the front desk as long as you have a membership with us.
