We will be having Members Only workshops every month. They will cover various subjects. They will last 30 minutes each. You will be able to sign-up for these at the white board in the main hall, as long as you have a membership with us.
Cybex circuits will be done:
Monday nights by Mike Jones at 5:00 p.m.
Thursday mornings by Keith Wood at 11:00 a.m.
